Shipping Policy

Processing & Production

Most of our books are printed on demand. After you place an order, it enters production before it ships. This means orders typically take additional time to process compared to pre-stocked items.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time = production time + shipping transit time.
Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier performance. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (or shown as a flat rate, depending on your order).

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order enters production, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Carrier delays can happen and are outside our control. If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package, please check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email us at searching4dreamsinpuzzles@gmail.com.

Damaged Orders

If your book arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at searching4dreamsinpuzzles@gmail.com with the subject line “Book Replacement”, your order number, and photos of the damage (including packaging). We’ll help arrange a replacement.
