All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement, email searching4dreamsinpuzzles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the damage (please include photos of the shipping box/packaging and the book)
Once approved, we will send a replacement copy to the original shipping address.
Shipping Issues
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email searching4dreamsinpuzzles@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
Print-on-Demand Notice
Because our books are printed on demand, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, ordering mistakes, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
